Melanie Schwartz

Her background is steeped in Iyengar, and she has also practiced ashtanga, classical hatha, and is certified as a Vinyasa teacher. Her classes are dynamic, challenging, and always incorporate something new and refreshing for the experienced student.

Sharon Hanson

Sharon has been a dedicated practioner of yoga since 1991 and has been teaching since 1996. She has succesfully completed teacher training with Diane Wilson of Portland, OR, the Sivananda Vedante International Centre, Angela Farmer, Victor Van Kooten and Forrest Circle Yoga with Ana Forrest of San Diego, California. Sharon brings to her students a knowledgeable and experienced background of classical and non-tradition yoga techniques and systems. Sharon brings forth into her classes passion and spirit with the intent for each student to become empowered, to find physical balance between strength and flexibility, to explore and educate the breath, to calm and rejuvenate and to quiet the chatter of the mind in order to bring focus and discipline.
