Welcome to the PRG instructor highlight series! Each month we’ll be introducing you to one of our awesome instructors here at PRG in hopes that you find a little inspiration and motivation to get to class or try a new one!
This month we would love for you to meet yogi, climber, massage therapist, and all around amazing woman – Alix Northup. Alix’s vast experience with yoga and love of climbing combine to make her an excellent instructor and a perfect fit for the Wy’east Studio. We asked Alix who she would encourage to come to her classes and here is what she said:
Thursday 8-9am // Yoga for Climbers
Alix has many favorites, and she loves sharing them in her classes. Here is one that she turns to often:
“The most important thing to remember is this: to be ready at any moment to give up what you are for what you might become.” –W.E.B. DuBois
