This month we would love for you to meet Wy’east yoga instructor Samara Davis. Samara’s good vibes, attention to alignment, and easy demeanor lend a helping hand when you start to sweat.
We asked Samara who she would encourage to come to her classes and here is what she said:
I invite anyone to my class who is ready to get a little sweaty, potentially tip over while balancing, and smile the whole time! Sharing yoga with others has allowed me to take a more light hearted stance on my own practice; I want to encourage my students to ask questions, laugh and enjoy themselves, while always listening to their body. Come and cultivate awareness and lightheartedness in the movement of your body and your mind!
